Technical Assessment
For opened filament, provide a photo of the print defect or spool batch number so our technicians can verify the material consistency.
Secure Packaging
Place the item back in its original vacuum-sealed bag if possible, or use equivalent moisture-resistant packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Refund or Replacement
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement spool immediately.
